Passport & Visa InformationParticipants must have a passport valid for at least six months beyond their travel date. Many nationalities require a visa to enter Zimbabwe. eVisas can be obtained online or on arrival for $30–$50. Documents needed include an original passport, passport-size photos, and a visa application letter. Visit the Zimbabwe Department of Immigration website here: https://zimimmigration.gov.zw/, to confirm specific requirements. 
VaccinationsYellow fever vaccination is required for travelers arriving from endemic countries. COVID-19: Negative PCR test required within 72 hours before entry. Vaccination certificates may be required depending on changing regulations. It is recommended to carry proof of vaccination for routine diseases such as Hepatitis A & B, Typhoid, Cholera, and Polio.
CurrencyLocal currency: The Zimbabwe Gold currency (ZWG). USD and other international currencies are widely accepted, especially in tourist areas. Currency exchange is available at banks, exchange offices, and hotels. Credit cards are accepted in urban areas, while cash is preferred in rural areas. Banking hours are Monday–Friday: 08:00–15:00; Saturday: 08:00–11:30. Ensure you carry sufficient cash for tipping and small purchases.
